FLEET COST CONTROL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

SYNOPSIS

Almost every business has the potential to improve profit performance by reducing and controlling expenses typically dismissed as “uncontrollable”. As Fleet Operators and owners face intense pressures to become more competitive i.e. reduce costs and increase efficiency or level of service, cost reduction strategies can contribute to improving the operator’s bottom line within a short time. From the operational viewpoint alone, minimizing the costs associated with running a fleet poses serious challenges for fleet owners and operators because of rising fuel costs, cost of spare parts, maintenance and personnel costs etc. The course is therefore designed to enhance the skills and management expertise of participants in understanding their costs and how these costs can be controlled and managed for improved fleet performance.
